Another (I assume) ui visual bug

I posted a day or so about safeties appearing to be reset to green, today I opened up corp permissions to adjust hanger access. A blank box is supposed to mean no access, a " \ " means access/role and " x " means grantable role. From an empty (no access/role) state one click give " \ " and two clicks give " x ". In boxes that were supposed to be blank/unchecked there were X's so it appeared that literally everyone in corp had grantable role access. However in boxes with X a single click should set the box to empty, instead a single click set the box to " \ " which is what should happen if the box is unchecked. This makes me think that it is just a visual bug or at least I certainly hope it is.

And no, no one else in corp could have changed anything. I am very particular about corp access and I am the only one with permissions.

With the green safeties issue it may also be pointing out that switching from green/yellow to red normally brings up a confirm dialog box. When the safety is somehow setting itself to green, setting it back to red does not bring up the confirm dialog which leads me to believe that this is a visual bug as well and not actually affecting the function of the safety.

Edit: Undocking and docking seems to have cleared the visual issue with the access selections.
