I did ask for a second monitor for Christmas but I will just get underwear and socks...again...

Also married. I have spreadsheets for our budgeting, shopping, meals and who does what chores. Some of these even feed into the other (meals feeds into shopping to tell me what to buy and how much). Just be sure to put more time into your wife (or husband) than eve and you will be amazed what she/he lets you get away with. Then again spend 40-60 hours a week on eve with a job too and see how difficult your few hours of RL world can become Sad

I mostly work away now, so time with my family is at a premium.

I do like to log in from time to time though... but when I do she gets cranky, especially as I've had to give up my office as apparently having a bedroom that we never use is far more important than my happiness. I now have to game in the dining room in full view of both her ladyship and the kids which means that my signature profanity has to be muted. This is very frustrating and I'm finding that I spend a lot of time with my face in a pillow finding new ways to insult people.

I think that once you accept you're bitter, you're in a much better position to channel your anger and resentment into productive endeavours.

I'm currently building a reindeer trap and spending a lot of time in the shed, with the blinds drawn.

This should be a concern for CCP. Way too much unnecessary killing in this game.

Although on a slight tangent, I remember an old school friend woke in the middle after a few beers desperately needing the loo. He said he woke up, sprinted towards the bedroom door despite his bedroom being about 3 feet across, tripped on a pile of clothes and knocked himself unconscious on the door knob. He woke up wearing a heavily soiled pair of underpants and being 15 at the time and living with his parents the safest option in his mind was to throw them onto the flat roof bit of the house above the bedroom (British house built in the eighties).

A few days later after heavy wind and rain they fell into next doors back garden in the dog bit. I was at his house playing n64 at the time,

"John are these your pants?"
