Just kidding that's not til next Winter right

What I want to suggest real quick is keeping this tempo of "stuff" to log in for. The first thing that comes to mind are SKINs for different ships, perhaps a SKIN for a different ship each weekday.

But I also think NES is a mistake and only serves to devalue SKINs.

What do you think about a side channel subscription that gives a player something interesting on a regular basis? A virtual Bento Box subscription separate from alpha or omega clone status (which are more for SP advancement). Vanity items are purely vanity after all

if you think this is a good idea, it should also be self-evident that SKINs should never be cross-posted in another outlet such as the NES. Even if the prices remain incredibly close, there will always be the perceived devaluation of something available elsewhere.

This isn't easy for me to suggest as a player with 10 real money subscriptions. It would be nice if I received the full benefit of "stuff" for a stable price. But lately you've shown EVE can operate at an increased tempo of new goodies and I think it's worth paying for (should you continue it).

The NES sucks close it forever.

Like a mystery code?

Just jokes.

I would probably subscribe to something like that, because I'm a sucker for all things EVE.

Yeah the mystery code crossed my mind, but it would be an even worse case of devaluation. In order to sell digital goods you have to preserve their exclusivity, and mystery code access would be a constant leak.

I think mystery codes should receive some kind of value, but not to the tune of $20 a month. There's other options like temporary variants of SKINs, but for the most part the mystery code was a promotion to sell CEs.

Part of my sentiment is kind of dickish like, CEs were sold and the mystery code has served its purpose (how much extra value do you really expect from it). But more importantly, a constant side channel of thousands of vanity items would only wreck the perceived value.

Like the NES is doing. I really hope the sales reflects my expectation that reducing AUR prices is bad. People remember that, and there's no trust in the stability. Of buying AUR today, or next year. There's a blanket sale of things for 80% off (or such). AUR is junk stock, who would buy into it now?

Wondering, I thought we logged in to play a game not collect stuff, am I wrong about this?

Wondering, if players need to be given stuff to entice them to log in what does that say about the game?

Wondering, if all people are doing is logging in to collect the free stuff are they really the type of players we want in this game?

You don't have to log in a character to claim items, so this wouldn't be a round-about way to make more revenue. It would be a direct one.

They would be the real money paying players and I think yes, those are the types of players you want in a game.

Subscribe to Loot Crate.

This might be a nifty way to roll out clothes, skins, and avatar backgrounds

Are all of the characters commenting on your post part of your ten subscription package?

You clearly haven't been around this area of the forums enough if you think these are Rain's alts Lol

Honestly I'm about 80% sure Rain and everyone else in this thread are half joking.
