Ore compression modules

How about compression modules for expedition frigates? For solo miners in unfriendly sky. Mid slot be best. It be great to have an ability to explore W-space for loner and come back with more high isk-y ore/gas/ice. I envision it working like this: upon activation it compresses 100 units per cycle. Maybe skill levels decrease cycle time by some %, and there could be T1 and T2, I don't exactly have idea about the differences between T1 and T2, maybe T2 with skill 5 has cycle time that's less then time it takes to mine 100 units of o/g/i?
Maybe fitting modules decreases overall ore hold size that skilling up then mitigates? Or that two separate skills that decrease cycle time and decrease ore hold penalty? This could be one module for all o/g/i or separat ones for each?

Thanks for any thoughts

I'm not too fond of these being on the frigate hulls.
Frigates have to operate out of some place, or have mobile support.

If based from a fixed place, then that place should already have compression.
If fleet based, then I could see the support ships having this ability.

If you were to make this for the Orca and Porpoise, then I can get behind this basic idea.

I'm not opposing an idea of compression modules for every size small, medium, large, nad xlarge. Considering that with citadels the control towers may be soon getting extinct that might be a replacement for standalone compression modules. I see huge convenance of ore compression modules for industrial mining ships

Considering all compressed ore is the same, No.
It's the price you pay for ninja mining rather than owning the territory.
