Character has positive monies.

All ccp rules are followed.

Pro's Can run DeD 10/10's and all level 4 missions.
Con's Isn't perfect and may require implants to give you the boost you need.

Pro's Superior DPS with Hams, can fly a Drake Navy Issue (Fitting saved) 600dps + 68k EHP. Can run any level 4 mission.

I am a decent option, i think, and really need a tengu pilot. You have 7.5m ( header say) i am aprox 6.3, 1.2m skill points of diff. I can offer 600m plus the character and is a very decent trade
