What happens with my sell orders in a citadel if I become red

Say I have ships for sale in a citadel.

If I become red to station owner, and my sell orders expire, what happens to my ships?

Will I be able to put them back up on the market with the necessary skills or refresh the order before it expires?

make a 14th character get acess to station and sell on said character

I'm unsure about posting new orders, but you can use the asset recovery system to move them to another nearby station for a fee, so they're never a complete write-off.
