THIS ITEM HAS BEEN SOLD

...few things appreciate value like rare EvE ships.

It's come time for me to sell my Guardian-Vexor.

The sale price is: 280 billion ISK

Yes, that is a lot of ISK. If you want it and can't afford it, though, you still have time. I'm am in no terrible rush to sell it. I just decided what it was worth for me to part with it. This sale will run, simply, until the ship is sold. Typically when something this rare is put up for sale, you get a lot of pods trying to talk down the price. If history is any indication, this ship will just continue to appreciate in value, significantly outpacing PLEX or pretty much any other item in EvE. There are fewer than 20 left in game.

If you've just been waiting for an opportunity, it is now. I haven't seen one sold in over a year.

This ship is located in The Forge region in LowSec, one gate away from HighSec, in a Jita 4-4-like (non-kick-out) station. For an extra 1 bil I'll move it to HighSec for you. Pirate

love how limited edition ship holders set imaginary prices for certain ships just because they are the only one (or the only few) holding them. Yet when they try to sell them, over half of the time they won't be able to get a buyer willing to pay those imaginary prices. Yet they peg their net worth based on those imaginary numbers.

I think, if a limited edition ship collector thinks 280 Bil price tag for the Guardian Vexor is a steal, then they should just buy it themselves, and try to sell it at 500 bil, or whatever they *think* the price should be. Instead of commenting on here.

Otherwise, their post here is just as irrelevant as my post. And they should be removed along with my post, if ISD thinks they are off-topic.

It's good discussion, but for a different thread.

Blame people like me, if I saw a Moracha for 200-225B I'd buy that in a heartbeat. Can't imagine for a GVexor

Then in my opinion, you should buy it right away.

Personally, I can have 280 bil liquidated in ~ 2 weeks (and I saw this thread on the same day that it was posted) but I'm not buying it.

In all honesty, though. I think the only example of unreasonable price fixing is with the latest AT ships. Asking that amount of ISK for some of the worst AT ships in a while is kinda ridiculous.

I think this seller is being reasonable in his 280 Bil asking price, and anyone who is looking to acquire a GVexor should buy it.
