Missing some auth.scopes

On https://developers.eveonline.com/ website i can`t find some ESI authorizations scopes.
For example: 
esi-ui.read_mail.v1

Scope characterMailRead doesn`t allow me to make mail requests.

characterMailRead is for the CREST endpoint.

The ESI mail endpoints are going to be coming out mid to late January.

can`t find CREST endpoint for mail in documentation, could you show how to use it

My bad, characterMailRead is a scope for SSO that allows you to use your SSO token with the XML mail endpoint. There is no mail CREST Endpoint.
