#8 is not correct. You can queue up a person to be kicked even if they are in space. At the next downtime, they are removed from Corp. It is very easy and has been in place for a while now.

As for the rest of your tips, if all you get is access to one hangar, then rob it, you probably won't get much. EVE is a game of patience. Invest time in the long con and you may get the Corp and it's shares too.
