Given the... haste that I was declared unresponsive within, I'd like to formally increase my bid to the buyout, at 4 bil. This is ISK i have ready to transfer.

I'd like to also point out that sellers are within their rights, as per the Bazarr rules, to return ISK payments in full to a "potential buyer".
