What kind of CPU/GPU to run two clients at 1080p 60fps at once?

Without making both clients look like Runespace, what kind of CPU and GPU would you look at to run two full clients at once in 60fps?

My current i5-4670 @ 3.4ghz and 4gb 770gtx are not enough to do this apparently. It's absolutely no issue with just one client running of course, but I tried it out with two earlier and it kept going to 30-40 fps (both were just docked in jita at the time)

Any advice?
