mining drones automation

i'd like to suggest changing mining drones so they automatically find another rock of the same type when the current one runs out

drones do it when ratting and auto targeting missiles do it too, lets not make mining anymore tedious with unneccessary buttons clicks in my opinion

I agree also a hotkey for salvage and mining drone would be great maybe not adding a new hot key but make it so when you click f the mine it, it would be much easier ccplease fix this we have been asking for this simple feature for way too long so http://i.imgur.com/ZQ3Ri7M.gif

AFK play styles should never be buffed.

i have to disagree when it comes to mining, the more you have to be active during mining the less miners you'll have, mining will never be fun so making it as painless as possible is the best way to do it

The less miners you have the more profitable mining becomes, thus attracting more players into the mining community and then the circles begins again.

If you don't follow the rules, neither will I.

Opposite of your idea, I think drones should have their auto-attack disabled. Auto-targeting missiles have clip size limitation anyway so you have to re-cycle for it to keep firing.

No they don't. If a rat doesn't attack you then neither drones nor missiles auto target. Let me know when the rocks start shooting us.

As others have said, less miners means more money for the rest of us miners. And passive drone targeting (as conditional as it is) is what should be taken away.

I know you're suggesting this so you can make isk faster, but apparently economics wasn't something you read up on.

Making AFK mining easier leads to more people AFK mining. More AFK mining leads more resources on the market. More resources on the market leads to reduced prices.

Your idea will cut your income, not increase it because AFK mining would be easier.

Before you target anything launch your salvage drones and order them to salvage, that way they won't stop until there is nothing left to salvage or the wreck is too difficult for them.
