добавьте в файл hosts четыре строчки:

54.230.230.35 server-54-230-230-35.waw50.r.cloudfront.net
54.230.230.35 launcher.eveonline.com
54.230.230.21 binaries.eveonline.com
54.230.230.30 resources.eveonline.com
