Introducing The Freighters Guild:

Freighters form the backbone of the high-sec economy, yet earn a pittance for this high-risk time-consuming task that took months of training and cost billions. Even the mechanics of high-sec space itself seems aligned against them, making freighters low-wage slaves for speculators and loot pinatas for pirates.

Well, no more! The Freighters Guild is here to bring dignity and isk to your profession. Membership is mandatory for anyone operating a freighter in high-sec space, membership dues are 200 million isk per 30 days (payable to me). Anyone found operating a freighter in high-sec with unpaid dues will be issued a warning letter and a grace period of 5 days, after that their bounty will be raised to 200 million isk.

Bounties will be posted here, but payments kept in the strictest confidence. There is no in-game corporation and nothing identifies you as a paying member, so The Freighters Guild can't be fought.

What do you get for your membership dues? You get to destroy the assets of your undercutting scab competitors at a rate of 1 to 5 (an excellent return in a war of attrition), thereby reducing the competing supply of your services and increasing your earnings.

I fly Freigthers/Jump Freighters almost daily, including in highsec.

Come at me. You'll fail.

As for being undercut, fortunately there are many people willing to take the rubbish pay people post in contracts. That's not true of everyone.

There is good income to be made and it is being made.

What a load of complete and errant nonsense.

Unless you are going to start ganking freighters, even empty ones, this is just a complete load of nonsense.

Crime and Punishment Law 1
Post with your main or GTFO.

My High-Sec escort service is a far greater investment for time spent than this service I fear. First of all I bend over backwards for all my clients and there is no clock watching when I am being your personal escort. We arrive at our destination when the client is good and ready. Second I pride myself on my presentation and openness. My main avatar is what you will get when you hire my services where as you could be anybody. I am willing to provide all sorts of services such as 'bumping' and 'tackling' and am even willing to fleet up with your mates too. I also bring the right toys to the party to help you arive at your destination. Finally I am a big believer in safety first and will call off a run if I believe the load is in danger. However if this occurs I will refund you and offer to continue free of charge at a later time.

I hope you will see the error of your ways and begin to use Noragen's highclass Escort Services

In her defense, the post was initially made outside of C&P, so not subjected to this law.

But that's all i have for her defense.

Yawn.

This already exists. Followers of the CODE are already protected, and for the far cheaper price of ten million.

This feels like Rippy's work.

Rippy, now that this thread is moved to C&P, might as well close shop. Collectively, your new reading audience probably has only a couple guys who can fly those things and even less guys who have 200mil.

I don't know where you initially posted, but you are now huddled in the bottom of a dumpster with a pack of violent bums who are willing to fight over a cigarette.

Came expecting some new hauling service or anti-ganking movement.

Am leaving disappointed that someone decided to make a big deal about their lack of understanding of bounty mechanics.

Side-note/obvious derail: My auto-correct attempted to replace "anti-ganking" with "anti-gangplanking." From this moment on, or until I forget, or until I just don't give two ***** anymore, I shall refer to ganking as gangplanking in all EvE-related references. I encourage all the fine folks of C&P to do the same purely for the lolz.

You know...
You could give 200m to this dude (for no reason since he can't kill freighters kek)
Or
you could send 10m isk to your favorite CODE. Agent (and actually not die unless you haul 30b of blue loot)

The choice is logical imo
Like Mo said, better pack your stuff Rippy, cuz your innards have been ripped out twice now Lol

Oi I'll have you know most of us 'can' pilot a freighter around these parts. You never know when you may acquire one. However I conceed the point about the isk. Edeges closer to the half eaten donut

That's classified. I could tell you, but then I'd have to kill you.
