New bro looking to just go out and die in PvP to learn, Omega

Was wondering if anyone can recommend a simple frigate or cruiser build to allow me to go out and die alot to random people as I learn the PvP in the game. Prefer the fail and try again method to eventually learn stuff, but not to sure what sort of Tech 1 stable build or ship I could use.

If you need more information let me know, even things I can work towards would be great like a good cruiser build, I have enough money due to the handy PLEX from being recruited by a friend into the game.

Suitonia is a well known solo pvper who specializes in frigate pvp, the Kestrel especially. He has numerous videos showing what can be done in dirt cheap ships if you know what you're doing.

Well I expect to die alot but all part of learning and have the finance at the mo to cover it

Do you insist on dying alone? You might consider looking into Spectre Fleet or another NPSI/public fleet community.

That aside, what are you skilled to fly? A little direction on that will make suggestions easier.
