Actually I remember a while back myself and feyd were chewing on a skiff next to a neutral orca which turned out to be a fleet Cane pretending to be a skiff and proceeded to belt the both of us, good fight.

No I don't think this needs changing because it's one of the few things Awarebears can do to surprise us.

To all the people saying it's good to see PvE users do this it shows your lack of knowledge on this subject. Miners have been using this pretty much forever. There are soooo many groups who do this on the regular and use tanked orca's to avoid as many ganks as possible. And props to them but as somebody who has abused the hell out of this mechanic for a long time it badly needs a rework imo. Storing while agressed/agressing, suspect or in a LE shouldn't be a thing. They changed it some time ago so you couldn't with the 1min wep timer but the rest does need a look over when they finally get around to looking at the highsec agression mechanics.

Props on them for being that clever. As for you, NPC alt complaining about wardec mechnanics and being unable to kill miners. You'll excuse me while I shed a tear. There are lots of mechanics out there to deal with it to various degrees, bumping, aggress the miner faster, etc. or just Bump the Orca all day so they can't mine. Beyond that suck it up and find someone else, give them props for being smart.
