Where to look for corps

I got declined by eve-uni for reasons that are beyond my comprehension. They do not tell you why. Last I checked, I was a certified nooblar. *shrug* **** 'em.

Where does a nooblar like myself find other corps that are accepting applications?
Surely, there is a board somewhere.
