Tengu and Jackdaw ready. Great for someone looking to start or restart with a toon focused on PVP/PVE aspects of the game. All around a great character.

All the important offensive and defense skills are at V and support skills at IV or higher.

2.6 mil in Engineering skills make for easy fitting.
