Support Ticket Queues Full?

I bought a month of game time last night, money was taken from my paypal and I didn't get game time. I made a support ticket about it but i'm not getting a response 10> hours later. For such a small issue why is this not being fixed? Are the queues full? Or am I being ignored? Sad

A individual response to your ticket may take time as there is currently a large number of tickets being processed. Opening multiple tickets on the same issues will further delay response times across the board. Please be patient. CCP is aware of the hardship this is causing as everyone wants to enjoy killing internet spaceships and they are doing their best to address everyones tickets in a timely manner.
