Simulating skills in Simulator mode?

I was playing with some builds for my new Tengu and I realised I cant do a fair comparison between a T2 HML build (which I have skills for) and a T2 Railgun build (with i dont have skills for).

Is there any way to simulate skills? It would make decisions on what T2 weapon to train next easier ot make

Yes, by using a proper fitting tool like pyfa.

The ingame one is nice to have, but can't really replace the third party tools.
