How do you apply the corp wallet instead of the pilot wallet to build structures on planets?

You can't because all planetary structures are owned by an individual not a corp.

It's something I wish they'd change.

Right now, I personally work with my PI people in planning various set-ups, then they email me 'bills' when they are finished. I reimburse their costs out of our corp planetary wallet.

I'm also holding out hope they add some sort of permissions to the customs offices so corp-mates can pick-up/transport material for each other.
