Subscription Purchased through STEAM, not updating!

I recently purchased a 1 month subscription through steam, not a "premium edition" just a subscription. it simply says your subscription has been added, but when i go to log into my account it still tells me im an Alpha state... what do i do?

Same here ... I'm trying to re-activate my account and sign a 3 month plan however nothing happens. I'm trying to use my wallet funds.

What does the top line of the transaction history say?

top line of my transactions says Eve Online:1 month sub Eve Online, in game purchase via wallet

People, remember, Subscription through STEAM only applies to accounts made through STEAM.

Not sure if serious ....

How did you lose your character? My accounts were made before Steam had EVE (or at lease before I knew about it), I just use Steam as the launcher and everything works fine. And you can pay for your subscription from in the game and that leads to a CCP site, not Steam.

It's possible I'm completely missing the point What?

Your account will be alpha till you subscribe through CCP main site. Subscription through STEAM only works if you purchased an EVE Steam account.

If you have having issues with your game time, I highly suggest putting in a support ticket. For what it's worth, I originally started playing eve through Steam and have had some weird issues in the past as well. It is possible to create an eve login from your steam accounts and once I did that I had a much better time. As it stands, I'm going to go ahead and move this over to the Issues forum. Might find more help there.

I've had a support ticket open for having 2 PLEXes disappearing after adding them to library, not a word back from the support staff after 9 days. Even put a support ticket in with Steam, 4 days and nothing on that one. I've created a brand new account with the Steam client, logged into my old ones, unlinked Eve from Steam and relinked it as recommended by a member of the Steam community for Eve (so far, he's the ONLY person to have even tried helping solve this issue), but to no avail. Literally every idea I can come up with on my end has been tried, and support is unresponsive on this issue. I used to think being on hold with Blizzard support for 6.5 hours just to be told they are going home and I have to call back was bad, but at least they answered.
