The support staff keep closing my bugs, instead of dealing with them. These are NOT support requests, they are bugs. I'm losing millions of PI all the time. I've talked to other corp mates, and they experience the exact same problems.

I've now obtained before and after screenshots of losing quite a bit off PI, just dragging one item type from the launch pad to the poco. Over 4200m3 gets lost out of my launch pad. That's a huge amount of ISK, and I can't afford to keep doing this.

could you post the screenshots: I can't get to your bug reports
Doing some PI and never saw this problem which doesn't meant that I'm not affected
