There are a grand total of FOUR Cheetahs for sale in the entire Heimatar region... and none in market hubs.

I'm trying to bring minmatar space back up. i'm trying to get more industrialists out here.

Rens is an opportunity to sell things. the market is sparse here, and there are plenty of people in the area.
Do some homework and find what's lacking, then provide.

Truth be told, numerous space adventurers before you have tried, and equally numerous space adventurers have failed. The problem is that everyone, whenever in need of spacegoods, they go to Jita.

Nothing you can really do about it, since whatever you'll try (fly in the goods, produce them in the region, etc) you won't outprice the Jita market hub.

The small trade hubs exist because they are convenient - not because they are cheap. People like me do business there because of the high profit margins, not the high volumes. The last thing I want to see is easier access to Jita!

There is currently 1 Sotiyo and 5 Azbels with public access in Metropolis. I doubt the builders would have picked that location if they were targeting the Jita market.

I live in Heimatar. Produce and buy still here as well. Markets are fine here and they suit my playstyle.

For buyers:
You can find what you need between Rens and Hek 99% of the time. Sometimes it will be cheaper than Jita. Usually, its a bit more expensive, but not much. Very rarely, its 2x Jita price or doesn't exist at all.

For sellers:
Stuff sells here fairly well. You don't have to check your order every 5 minutes to stay on top. I made billions isk here. Sometimes competition goes nuts, and sells stuff very cheap. Be smart and either wait it out, or buy their goods to resell if they are way below Jita.

I personally don't like Jita because there are too many people there. If Rens or Hek become anything similar to Jita I would have to move...
