Please add in the ability to unfit modules during simulation mode while the toon is in space. I understand you can't unfit modules from your actual ship while in space. Currently, there is not an option for unfit module even in simulation mode if you are in space. Your only options are completely start over or wait until you dock to remove the module from the simulated fitting. Thanks

I support this message. Sometimes you want to noodle around with a fit while waiting for a fleet formup or whatever.

So, I just did this in space and I was able to actually offline my modules. I didn't think simulation was supposed to affect the actual ship?

Isn't this what the deployable structure 'Mobile Depot' is for? I think the Orca and some other ships offer this too. or am I misunderstanding since you only wanted the simulated fittings to change?

The simulation mode DOES let you do this IN SPACE.

There is no right click option to remove it, you use the little 'unfit' button.

I even undocked to check this functionality before posting, something the original poster seems to have not done.

This complaint/idea/droid isn't the one you're looking for. Move along.

Nice catch. I literally never use that button.

The proper suggestion here should then be "make sure the rightclick menus in the fitting simulation work properly in space"
