It's probably barred from all the low ded sites because of the orca belonging to the same class of ships (Industrial command ships)
Then again best way to find out is by going gate to gate seeing which it can go in!

The Porposie is going to have the same restrictions as Orca as it is the same class vessel (Industiral Command Ship).

Are you looking to Mine out DED sites ?

If so after you clear the combat portion, BM and jump back with a venture, or if it will fix Exhumer

Just make sure you don't complete the site as it will despawn a minute or two afterwards. Course it depends on the site meaning you might only be able to clear out the first room and mine that.

To support this sound knowledge: http://eve-survival.org/wikka.php?wakka=HomePage might help if the DED site is listed also

UniWiki is great also if the DED ifnromation is up2date
