Image Server. Missing images?

Hello

When using the image server file link (and even when using the typeID image dumps), some typeIDs either return Type Not Found images (such as typeID 44187), and innumerable others return a blank image with a single !, such as typeID 43530).

Is this a known issue, and if so, is there a fix inbound?
