New Patch, New Clicking Noise. Here is how to turn it off.

Escape to open Menu
Select the Audio Panel
In the center pane, "Enable Advanced Audio Settings"
Drag "UI Click" to 0.

Sanity will return within 4 to 6 minutes.

Now with 100% less Troll.

The new fighter out of range blah blah is obnoxious too. Must find a way to turn that off too....
