Shield hardeners - the Adaptive invulnerability fields Gistum B-Type and higher grade provides more resistance then their
counterpart Gist B-Type Specialized Shield hardeners when using two, therefore rendering obsolete all Specialized Shield hardeners at Gist B-Type and higher grade.

The same effect applies to Centum B-Type Energized adaptive Nano membrane and Centum B-Type Energized Specialized membrane.

Gistum never gives higher resists than gist no matter how many you use. (if you use two gistum B is 61.6 and gist is 78.5) not to mention how much more expensive that adaptive is

it's the same story with the armor mods.... how did you get this confused.

also this is not a place for Observations this is for features and ideas something your post is lacking

Yup, this is flat out wrong. How did you reach those conclusions?

One's more the Adaptive invulnerability fields Gistum B-Type and higher grade provides more resistance then their
counterpart Gist B-Type Specialized Shield hardeners when using two of the Adaptive invulnerability fields Gistum B-Type =

this means two of Gistum B-Type invulnerability fields covers all four elements in higher effectiveness then a single Gist B-Type Specialized Shield hardeners at its element, using 4 slots one for each element Em/the/kin/Ex

Gistum B-Type is an Adaptive invulnerability fields 41% the T2 is 30% = 11+

Gist B-Type Shield hardeners provides resistance to a single element 57% the T2 is 55% = 2 +

I know you all like to use the 2 Adaptive invulnerability fields Gistum B-Type or higher Tier but is out of balance it needs to be restricted to one fitted at a time like the reactive Armor hardener

That post is more for the Developers to see, I know the Capsuleers will start FreakingTwisted

...Yes, restricting invuls to one per ship is a crippling nerf to every shield tanking ship in the game, you are correct.

Why do you feel this is a problem? 720mi for two higher meta invulns vs <100mil for four lower meta hardeners, isn't it? How is paying ~720mil going to make paying less than one hundred obsolete?

You get more EM resist from two CN Invulns than one CN EM hardener too. Isn't that just terrible? I'm sure it's the same for other mods too, but I honestly can't be bothered to check.

But anyway. Why do you think that all shield tanking ships should be horrendously nerfed based on the performance of expensive deadspace mods compared with very cheap deadspace mods?

so if i understand this she is upset that two of one mod is better than one of another?

That two of one is better than 4 (one of each resist) of another.
Which is the point to the universal hardeners that if you are going for Omni resists they are better, but if you need to tank a specific element, you go for the specific hardeners.

I remember there was time when something was very popular and powerful CCP wouldn't take long to Nerf, I guess after all these years they lost their touch for perfection.

Hard to imagine the game has been around so long without someone noticing this.

Without the OP, we probably wouldn't even know that the sun is kind of warm and when it rains, **** gets wet.
