FULL OF WIN does not even begin to cover this. Well done to everyone involved. And thank you.

I may not like you or your point of view but you have a right to voice it.

All of these changes are absolutely wonderful. I can't imagine what you will be able to accomplish with THREE teams of awesome people fixing all kinds of little issues. What do you plan on tackling next?

Also, if any of those three teams REALLY loved us, they would come to the community and have a public vote on their team name... : >

Good dev blog, I will miss team pink zombie kittens however, mostly because of the epic name.

We’ve changed the CPU on cap shield transfers. Much needed, high five.

You mean I can fit a shield tank and shield xfers on my nidhoggur at the same time? Blasphemy!

We’ve buffed some of the modules launched in Crucible. You can now whine about how overpowered they are.

I'll get right on it as soon as I get the patch notes.

We’ve started re-naming modules (missiles and ABs/MWDs) in a schema that tells the user what they do, while still maintaining a lot of the sci-fi feel. The aim is to make everything make sense, instead of today where everything is as confusing as possible.

Stop simplifying eve. If you can tell what an item does without looking up its attributes then you are catering to sane people too much.

Alliances can now join faction warfare. This is the first of a series of Factional Warfare iterations CCP Ytterbium is working on. We’ll tell you more as we get closer to fanfest, but we’re working on Factional Warfare. In other news, a flying pig just passed my window.

Sasawong was just testing his rifter mounted trebuchet, I wouldn't worry too much about it. Come to think of it, that probably is cause for concern.

That is some very good work guys... but P....

Where are my batch production / invention buttons??? Do you even slightly realise how much of a pain it is to click 5 times to just get one job done, and now repeat that 10 times per alt , so please if you consider some more fantastic upgrades add this one to your list. Other than that good work Lol.

Overheating can be done by shift-clicking a module. This is a viable alternative to clicking the worlds smallest button.

Will this function as a toggle? Also, it would be nice to get some UI feedback that it has indeed been toggled, like the little bar flashing red like mods do when you turn them off.

This is the way they work now. Jump on sisi and test them out. The flashing could be faster and cleaner but thats easy to fix if enough people want the change.

More updates on what you are doing to FW would be nice. Cause from the CSM notes most people think your about to ******* ruin it.

Yeah. That's partially why I'm not always terribly excited about talking about feature development at early stages. We'll give more info as we get closer to fanfest, but what we're working on is pretty damn cool. Remember that a lot of this is discussion with the CSM, not designing the actual features.

Ah, so you're going with the whole "regardless what our paying customers think, we're going to do it, no matter how bad it is" approach.

Note: FWers don't want:

Sounds more like you're trying to kill off FW once and for all, so you won't have to show up to any of those goddamned meetings they keep scheduling at fanfests.

Dedicated FWers, EVE is not for you. EVE is for RMT nullbear alliances. You're not welcome in EVE, jump ship now.

edit: and there's so much win in the devblog that it's a shame that you've gone the bad approach with FW.

Edit: Inappropriate language removed, CCP Phantom.

When is the blog about the name change coming out.

Would have thought you would have pushed it out last week so the main body of players could comment on it. Atleast give a response in the thread that has been started about itBig smile

Is it a "Fuel in pos system moon runs out this date" message or is it something else?

Yes, it dated when the fuel is estimated to run out. It gives the system, moon, name and remaining fuel. It gets updated when ever the fuel is consumed, that is every hour. You can enable the events and the notifications in the new General tab in the control tower management window.

Will ruin FW.
Mostly that's the playground of newbee and starting pvp characters. Playground of small scale combat warfare.
CCP why want to ruin FW with blobbers ? Would be ok, if corps can joining from alliances to FW which have fewer than 75 or maybe maximum 100 members, but allow to join to FW for an alliance which has over 1000+ members ?
Bad idea.
