Could someone help to understand why I can't get any further along then this:

Try verifying your shared cache contents - make sure there are no clients running, the go to Settings in the launcher, Shared Cache Settings, and press the Verify button.

1 file was listed as corrupt at completion. Restarting now.

should i worry about that 1 file?

apparently not because I'm in. Thank you vary much Mr Snorlax. mods may close.

Adding a reply for the record.

Both CCP Snorlax and the Support Dept replied with a speed I could not have hoped would be any faster. A giant Scroogie HUMBUG to everyone who claim EvE support is terrible.

same problem here. stuck on login screen. will try suggested fix.

update: verifying the shared cache fixed it. 5 files were corrupt for some reason.
