No jumptimer for jumping inside the current station

My suggestion is a simple and obvious one.
I would like CCP to remove the jumpclone-timer, when changing the clone in your current station (jumping into the station you're currently sitting in).
I have no idea why this hasn't been implemented yet and only see several advantages and no disadvantages to this.
The main problem i see with the current state, is that it reduces the amount of pvp people are willing to do.

Current problems:
- if you're currently mining/pveing/doing nothing and have expensive implants in your head, you would need to change your clone for risky pvp. Even if the pvp only lasts 10 minutes, for the next 24 hours you will skill more slowly and lose all the advantages of your other implants
- if after your 24 time you again jump into the expensive clone, you wont be able to jump into a pvp-clone for the next 24 hours. This is even much worse. You wont be able to join any fleets.

Current solutions
- For many people the solution is to accept slower skilltime 100% of the time and gimp their other activities. This way they are in a cheap clone, when they want to pvp
- For the rest of the people it means, that they will just not do any pvp, in order to skill as fast as possible and do their other activities at the limit of whats possible. Maybe they plan on pvping at a later point, when they achieved the wanted skills, but maybe the time to pvp will get pushed further and further away indefinetly.

I understand the jump timer is ment to block people from constantly jumping around all over eve, completly ruining the sense of "distance". My suggestion would however in no way hurt this.

Does anyone see a single disadvantage with implementing my suggestion?

Literally already exists.

Use a citadel or EC.

EC?

I haven't done a jumpclone in a cidadel yet. but for jumping inside npc-stations or outposts it still sucks (:

Engineering Complex. All of the new structures allow for timer-free clone swaps.

Cant find Engineering Complex inside the market. What is that? a module? a structure?

Also, then whats stopping them from implementing it everywhere?

It's a class of structure, like citadels, but for research and manufacturing.

Technically, probably very little, but it's a nice little perk for player-structures to enjoy, and it's quite readily available, so I see no particularly pressing need, here.

Design choice.

CCP want to provide advantages to player owned structures. They specifically stated this when 0 timer clone swapping was introduced.
