Character generator problem

Don’t know if anyone else has had this problem but this morning because I have a blank silhouette as my picture I thought I would update the picture.

Opened the character generator fine, clicked through the changes fine, got to the end and selected my picture, clicked finished and o.k. the message…. And it just stopped.

My character was still ‘breathing’ but I couldn’t click anything, the only way out was hit Esc and exit the game. Restarting took me back into the game and my picture updated fine.

So problem, bug or just a random glitch?

This exact problem is occurring on Tranquility for me. Going to bug report it.
