At what age you killed your first target (human or a vessel, containing humans)?

A man from some backwater part of Solitude joined 13. His translation router was faulty and he had a real hard on for mindflood. We were trying to get him to fly logistics for us, and were struggling through the language barrier and the drugs to get him down the right chain.

Long story short he ended up taking a wrong turn, got killed by some other J-Space dwellers we weren't expecting and took a long freeze. I hear they finally managed to get a working brain scan of his again about a year later. It was hilarious.

Have you ever considered marrying someone not of your religion ?

Oh, this is where you start getting into philosophy and so on, where everything turns fuzzy, instead of having concrete answers.

One school of philosophy has 3-factors, sentience being one of them, the others being intelligence, and self-awareness.
Sentience in that case, is the ability to feel, to experience things subjectively.
Intelligence is the ability to reason, and self-awareness is the ability to understand things like mirrors and so on, recognising oneself as being an entity separate from other entities and the environment, etc.

The word sentience though, is often used in many different ways, with quite different meanings. E.g. suppose there was some kind of alien, capable of discussing things here on the IGS. Some people would say that alien was "sentient", which is not really the same thing. Similarly, those people would say a machine capable of discussing things on the IGS, was also "sentient". Not quite the same thing as the thing I mentioned earlier.

But that's all a bit philosophical and woolly.


So, What's your opinion on the latest Neo-Takmahl fashion trend, with its emphasis on human-leather clothing ? Personally, I find it terribly gauche.
