Support ticket reply delay coupon idea/thoughts.

I recently had a supprt ticket open for so long that I completely forgot about it (22 days Shocked) I think after X number of days there should be some kind of compensation for the player. It doesn't have to be extravagant, just say 10% of the next purchase on the website or something like that, is all I was thinking.

X=number of days awating support ticket reply I was thinking 15 days.

nothing extravagant.... just 10% off the next purchase....


look CCPs help center has been crap for a while and the huge influx of players has not helped

Entitled little bastard, aren't you?

Not saying waiting times that long as acceptable, I've had a ticket with the simplest of questions take 3 weeks to answer, but asking for a discount whenever it happens is some next level stuff. Implementing something like that will cause one of two things to happen.

1. Customer support quality goes completely down the drain in order to prevent any late ticket replies. Think automated copy/paste answers that don't even come close to what you were looking for.

2. It becomes an enormous financial burden on CCP because they have to keep giving out 10% discounts all over the freaking place.

But the guy has a point, CCP. Your customer support has been lacking for years now. Fix it, would you?
