Is android EVE Portal available on somewhere other than Google Play?

Due to the damned Information Great Wall, my smartphone has no access to Google Play, thus can't download that app there.
Can I get the app from somewhere else? I have access to Google service on my computer.
(advise on how to use Google Play on a Chinese Samsung smartphone is also welcome)

There are websites that mirror google play APKs for most apps. Even the play store app itself. Due to piracy, I will not be linking any websites. Search engines are your friend.
