Hi,

I am making this thread because I had an idea concerning the musics in Eve Online. I was wondering if the developers were thinking to add some new musics to the game as the ones that are playing are not so many and with time it becomes redundant hearing the same music on and on.

If you agree with this feel free to post or advise me if this is already in the checklist of to do in a future update for Eve.

Once upon a time, there was a jukebox in game that allowed you to play your own music while playing Eve. It was awesome. CCP doesn't like awesome, so it was removed.

This other time, there was a bug that allowed you to put any SKIN on any ship. CCP doesn't like awesome bugs. It was removed too.

Then this one time at band camp, ... I can't go into that other than to say CCP is quite happy with penetrating EVE players. The more the merrier.

/bittervet mode

Recently CCP introduced a bit more variety back into the music played by the client, but it's not on by default. If you go into settings and then the Audio tab:

Select the 'Override dynamic music with classic EVE music' checkbox, near the bottom of the left hand column.

That will then play tracks from the full history of EVE music.

Other than the jukebox thing my point was that they should add some new musics to the game that was my point basicly. If they could do that, it would be awesome.

As far as I'm aware, the classic EVE music tracks gets each theme song added to it, so it is growing each time a new theme is released.

Thank you for that this is done I am glad to see there is more musics than I thought

Yeah I remember that in gamer player...it was awesome.

So this is a shameless plug for a website and I won't ask forgiveness because.

Turn off your sound and listen to http://eve-radio.com/ been my long time choice of EVE Play music.

If you are looking for music options this might fit the bill.
