In-Game Events and Gatherings

Saturday, Dec. 10th, make plans and join up with other capsuleers in some fun, risk free, and rewarding PVP!

In order to participate, each pilot will need to jettison items (1 tritanium, civilian miner, etc) at the host location for other pilots to loot and create suspect timers. This will ensure CONCORD will not interfere with our plans. The host location will be announced Friday the 9th around 12 PM US Central Time Zone. Yes, it will be a high security system to act as a deterrent towards kill joys. Additionally, all participating pilots should use the same rookie ship that is awarded by PEND INSURANCE INC for their faction. How you fit your ship is completely up to you; just know that you will most likely lose it. I expect to see some vendors transition some merchandise in the host system marketplace prior to the event.

How will this be fun and risk free? Hopefully we get a great turnout in players, vets and rookies alike. Massive battles and chaotic overviews! To facilitate this, we have to ask that no pod killing occurs. As ships are destroyed, capsuleers can fly to one of the stations in the system and have PEND INSURANCE INC provide a new rookie ship for faster reengagement free of cost to the pilots. If you have a ship at one of the stations, you will need to visit a station where you have none (the host system has 3 stations).

How will this be rewarding? I’m asking for corporations, or even individuals, to sponsor any time slot listed below with any amount they are willing to offer as a payout to the first kill during that half hour segment (conditions do apply, see next paragraph). I ask that sponsors award their payout by December 13th. However, we should all be aware that there will be no arbitration should a sponsor fail to award their payout (using the honor system). My corporation is just myself (and my alts), which is not extremely wealthy; however, I will sponsor 4 slots.

To facilitate a reward structure, it is imperative that pilots be signed up on a killboard. I’m not familiar with all of the existing options. So, this is in no way an official support or advertisement for this particular killboard; but, as the organizer and for simplicity sake, anyone whom is participating should be signed up with https://zkillboard.com. Sponsors are to review the host system details for their particular segment and determine a winner. The conditions are:

1. Achieved the First Kill of the segment;
2. Should be flying a rookie ship;
3. Should not have podded their victim.

All sponsor decisions are final.
