You mean Space Court? Scooter McCabe's been running it for about 8 years now.

Oh Little Bees, Little Bees.

Anyways, as has already been pointed out, the legitimacy of this arbitration rests upon the reputaton of its staff and leadership.

You're a bit of an unknown, OP, and it is uncertain which way the wind will blow with you regarding your judgements. It is said that the best resolutions are those where neither side walks away happy, but both get something.

Ah, the court of law, applied to capsuleers, to whom a lot of the time, only the laws of physics apply, not the laws of Man or God.

Oh, and you're looking for candidates to be a Judge ? Interesting.

Dream Sequence
Lady Chief Justice Valate : I find the plaintiff and the defendant both guilty of the crime of wasting this courts time. Bailiffs, take them away.

Maybe not then.

Well I'd like to be a judge!

What are the requirements?

I find myself supportive of any idea or organization who supports lawful interactions between parties. The creation of this Tribunal is a brave step forward, but requires a little more work and thought to become of use to the interstellar community. Please do understand that the vast majority of capsuleers, even those who call themselves Loyalists will mock and laugh at the concept of law. You will find no such attitude among my employees and true loyalists of the State.

Ishukone-Raata is available for consultation should the OCT feel it necessary.

If you want arbitration on an issue, then you have to find a neutral third party. If this can become a trusted thing, then it might well become a reliable source of third-party arbitrators.

Just... Don't try to become the capsuleer police. That would lead to lasers and missiles and all sorts of nastiness.

Agreed. Once I see more reputable persons involved in this, maybe then I can take it seriously.

Umm....yeah. Ditto.
Best of luck though, but you have a long road ahead of you unless you get some very reputable people involved.

Once this tribunal has power to enforce actual punishments, maybe then I'll start taking it seriously.
