Game Not Working Properly - Help Please

Hey everyone,

I have finally given EVE a shot and am looking forward to it. I am running into a game-breaking problem for me though. I log-in to the game just fine and get through the character creation. The problem I run into is at the start of the game.

For starters, the opening video froze on most of the video, while the audio played along perfectly fine. Then in the intro/training part of the game, it seems to work ok, but a bit laggy. After a few steps into the training process with Aura(the part where I am learning how to approach a ship), the game will flicker to a black screen and then come back, then flicker a few moments later, and then come back. This goes on for a little bit and then the game boots me off, but it continues to run. So, I am back to windows but I can hear the game running but cannot access it.

One time I also had a pop-up from Windows that said something like, "Video Card Access blocked" or something along those lines.

Just a few notes about my personal gameplay. I do play the game through Steam(although I certainly don't have to). And these are my computer specs. It's not a beast and I know that but it is pretty new and it runs quite a few games decently, although not the newest of the new games. I prefer the older games anyhow.

Processor: Intel Core i5 4570
Memory: 12GB
Video Card: Intel HD Graphics 4600(GT2)
Power Supply: Internal 460W(100V-240V)

Hopefully that is the info needed. I appreciate any help that can be given. This is pretty frustrating but I'm willing to give something a shot if there is a way to make things go smoothly. Thanks for any help!

No one responded but just to save anyone time that might, I did seem to get the kinks worked out, so everything is working properly at this time.
