Hello dear space capsuleers

Not many of you will know me but today I probably got my life goal in EvE finaly fullfilled and I never even thought that day would come!

Our little pirating operation in Syndicate was always about carefully selecting our targets and not lose to many ships but when over a year ago CCP released a small addition to the game called killmarks, I for myself made a sport out of it to care even more about my ships.

So today, to cut a long story short, I finaly made it to 999 killmarks on my svipul.

No alt killing or friendly killing. All straight up ganks or sometimes even fights... Holy **** at some point it got realy close... Once after returning from a smoke i realized i forgot to warp back to station and dock and i had a whole bunch of targets yellow boxing me. I just so managed to jump at my keyboard, jump the gate and warp off... I think 2 times in the whole year i survived in structure... And I think it was 2 times against the same guy in his sabre...

Speaking of the sabre, even though it is an easy prey for the kiting svipul somehow this ship was the most dangerous for me... on 920 killmarks a sabre landed on me while i was killing a crow and somehow i survived even though he scrammed me at 8km from the start. Also my guns were loaded with EMP ammo because of the crow... Survived in 14% armor. You can immagine how shaky i was after this :)

For those interested, this was the fit i used after 500 or so killmarks. I figured i should pimp the ship a bit at that point.

In the end i want to thank my brother in arms Scarify Ardonn. It was him who invited me to live in K5 with a small crew of czech pilots. Sadly most went their own paths except him. I would never been able to pick up this "profession" without him :)

So yeah... the goals you can set for yourself in EvE... took me way over a year not only casualy playing...

There i was thinking i was cool having 50 killmarks on a Prospect.

It surely will never leave station again. I am also happy that i can't drink enough alcohol to do stuff i don't remember. So that's a relief :)
