Where's the Eve TV series?

Last I heard, Ridley Scott was tapped to do a SyFy channel Eve tv series. Did that get squashed or is it still in the works?

I've seen a couple of random updates over the last couple of years but he only information that seems to have been released was what you mentioned OP, that Ridley Scott seems to be involved. Who knows if it's actually happening.

Ridley Scott haves some 30-40 projects on his table all the time and some have been sitting there for years. So it's a bit like "yes, maybe RS would be involved, and yes, probably would just do some production, but hey, that could happen anytime between tomorrow and never".

Personally I think that the main reason why CCP ever talked about a TV series it's because some of the holy cows in CCP are TV people.

Yep, I was hugely excited for it. It's that extra dimension that is missing, I think.

The lore is some of the best ever in sci-fi, and since Ambulation/Incarna never really came to fruition, I think it would fill that void.
