Where are the replacement functions? Are Jump Bridges, Cyno becons, Cyno Jammers, moon goo extraction, and reactions not being replaced first?!

It's about Outpost's, not POS'es. Outpost's are the "Station Eggs" you could deploy in Sov Space and it's functions got replaced by the Keepstar Citadel.

Because they aren't stations and even if they were, that still wouldn't make a POS, an outpost.

You wouldn't call a Taranis, an Atron. Even though they look similar, they aren't the same thing.

Your fuckup is not due to CCP here. Just own it and move on rather than complain.
