Space in Null for an individual to rent

So i don't know if this is even possible i think i remember seeing something on forum once upon a time for this but here goes:

Im looking for a Null sec system to rent and below is my wish list, if you have anything that comes close please post or eve mail me (please note this is not for this toon but another of my toons):

- All im interested in is ratting maybe some PI and any escalations i get from ratting with 1 individual character.

- I need access to one of your citadels or stations to dock up in and install a jump clone (I wont be spending all my time there as i have other commitments in other areas of eve and want to be free to use your space as little or as often as i like

- I don't want to be involved in any corp/alliance related stuff I just want to rent the space do my thing and be free of any commitments ie CTA's etc

- Want access to a system that has been upgraded for ratting

- I Want a fairly quiet pocket of space that allows for decent ratting (I obviously realize there are going to be neuts now and again but dont want a really busy system where you get no peace to do your thing...)

- Access to corp/alliance intel channels while renting the space would be nice

- A system deep within your "blue" territory would be good

- Either a market to buy a ratting ship from your infrastructure or a corp/alliance transport network to get stuff either in or out from a HS trade hub.

As i said above due to the fact I have other commitments i would prefer to pay for this via taxation possibly by joining a highly taxed rental corp however am also open to look at paying a one off fee every month. Please just remember im an individual so would not be able to afford system rental prices as you would charge other corps with many people...

Anyone or any organisation got anything even close to that?
or am i living in cloud cuckoo land?

What your describing is a number of the Brothers of Tangra corporations in drone lands, possibly shadow of xxdeath. You'll likely have to pay for your own citadel though, unless you want to fork out the extra cost of renting a station system, or renting a system next to a station system.

I would be interested to see if this goes through... I too just want to rat and not participate in Corp/Alliance, at least for awhile anyway.

You could always go to Provi,
you cant rent the space but there's cits and stations in almost every systems with well stocked trade hubs you can dock in ,
borders hisec, there's pockets that are relatively quiet and more than enough upgraded systems to do what you want, ratting/mining/etc. as a Neut you dont have to commit anything like CTAs but will need to talk to provi diplos for intel access and stuff.

This, unless you want to build supers/titans, then you don't want to go there, but from what you've said, Provi should be perfect for you.
