Has CCP not put these modules on TQ yet, or did they forget to? None on market, no kills or losses with them, cant get the BPCs from any loyalty store and I'm assuming they don't drop from relic/data sites either or they would probably have sold at least one by now...

If they exist, and I don't know that they do, then they drop from capital NPCs.
