Help! I Can't Login...

So I go to play EVE today, and I get an error page on my launcher that looks like this:

If I go to that link, "https://launcher.eveonline.com/1045/", in a web browser the launcher page loads fine and even lets me login, however you can't launch the game from a web browser.

I have tried rebooting the PC, Flushing the DNS resolver cache (ipconfig /flushdns), refreshing and restarting the client multiple times, and have gone to E>Server List>Tranquility>Play on Tranquility (which will launch the game, but then tell you that you must login via launcher not the client), and tried running directly from the "exefile.exe" but tells you the same thing as Play on Tranquility, and adding an environment variable as directed on the support page about a white black or transparent screen.


Can someone tell me how to fix the error message or just another way I can actually log in and play please?

Well you think I would of remember this one, Clearing the cache at %AppData%\CCP\EVE seems to have fixed it, now I just need to figure out how to close / remove the post...

Hello,

the last update on the launcher to Version 1104888.1051 seemed to have fixed the problem with "Version Info not available - Network Access is disabled" - for a few days...

Since yesterday the problems are back again - i can login, play for a while - then the launcher produces the old error message again. Reboot the pc, login again, play for a while again, error message as before <- rinse & repeat.

Filed a ticket to get help as before - no response since 24 hours already...

Really - this isn't funny anymore...
