Skill rename: 'Guided Missile Precision' -> 'Missile Precision'

I believe the term 'Guided' is obsolete; from an era where certain kinds of missiles were considered 'guided' (cruise, heavy, light?) and others were not considered Guided (rocket, heavy assault, torps?).

Since Guided Missile Precision now affects all forms of missiles, and the name tends to be a little confusing, could we consider renaming it to simply 'Missile Precision' ?

yes that´s one of the big problems we currently have in eve.

Given its description and even tool tip when you mouse over it, i find it hard to believe anyone is confused by it.

New players wont know what guided missiles used to refer to.

Sure, why not. Unless it takes longer than 30 seconds to delete the word "guided". Dev time is usually better spent elsewhere rather than doing cosmetic database changes.

If you don't follow the rules, neither will I.

Bombs are not effected so it needs to stay Guided Missile Precision
