Both, if you have the option. They've had contracts for and against each other pretty frequently, and are both priced pretty competitively for what they do.

Exhale. is quite smaller compared to Narwhals ate My Duck so when hiring one outfit keep that in mind. By no means we are less efficient at what we do though.
