Siggy Payment Bug/Delay

The bad new is..
"Balance warning - The balance for this siggy group has gone negative. Payment must be made according to the information in the management panel or service may be discontinued at any time. Contact Jack Tronic if assitance is needed." Shocked

The good news is..
Despite the worrying warning It keeps working Pirate

We followed the guidance on the site and sent evemails to Jack Tronic.
No response so far. Sad

Ziggy has nothing to do with CCP, so I'm not quite sure from your post what you are hoping for.

Certainly, I do not expect the CCP to fix bugs from external tools..

I'm sharing my experience which can help other members who are looking for a mapping tool
