unless your mining ship is set up with warp scrams, and some kick ass drones waiting for someone to try and take you out.

I heard that there is this forum called Features & Ideas, where if you search you can find almost any idea has been posted 20 times already, and only if it hasn't do you then make a thread.

However no to this. In High & Low security space the Empires run the Cities. PI is the equivalent of being a local corporation. And in Null Sec there are not meant to be large planetary populations, it's the wild wild west, and you aren't going to move millions of people in a few years to build massive cities either.
And this is not Sim City.

PI may need an update, this is not what it needs (PI becoming district based, and 'fitting' a district like Citadels etc, and then Orbital Bombardment to remove them so they become a source of conflict also is what I'd like to see, but that's just one vision)

sorry i posted that too early and sim city on a planet would be bad ass, but could be limited to certain classes of planet, in real life for a planet to create resources it needs people to run it
